My journey to founding Mecalsys Intech began long before 2018. During my early career, I worked closely with industrial machinery across automotive press shops, material handling systems, and heavy-duty production environments.

In these environments, I repeatedly observed how standard components failed under real operating conditions — due to load, wear, vibration, and environmental stress.

This led me to explore the engineering potential of polyurethane.

By combining Tool & Die precision with advanced polyurethane materials, I realized that it was possible to develop components that offer superior durability, flexibility, and performance.

Mecalsys Intech was established with a clear vision:
